Competition/Event News

• The 2025 IF Review-a-Thon is now over. You can read the wrap-up post here.
• The IntroComp voting deadline is just over a week from now, on September 7.
• IFComp will open on September 1.

IF Jams

• Two Bitsy jams this week! Both require use of Bitsy or one of its spin-off engines:
  • Bitsy Jam #95: Poetry is open through October 6. “As always, the theme can be the core of your game, or just a small reference.”
  • Jam de Bitsy / Bitsy Jam opens on September 1 and runs through September 15. (No theme.)

Other Jams

Jams that aren’t IF-specific, but are IF-friendly

• SuNoFes 2025, a jam for visual novels and story-based games, is open through September 2 (caught this one late; sorry!).
• FEAR & FANTASY JAM (horror and dark fantasy-themed) opens on September 1 and runs through November 1.
• AestheticJam: Vaporwave is open through September 26.
